The Garden Center Café has been producing and selling natural yogurt since 1998. Due to popular demand we have expanded production and made our yogurt available in pre-packaged 250 and 500 gram containers through our outlet in Street 57, and through mini marts. Our yogurt is made using a specially imported live culture from the United States.

Probiotics are live microorganisms (in most cases, bacteria) that are similar to beneficial microorganisms found in the human gut. They are also called “friendly bacteria” or “good bacteria.”
Probiotics are available to consumers mainly in the form of dietary supplements and foods. They can be used as complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).
